Revolutionary program to enchance ballet technique
Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative program developed by Marie Walton-Mahon for students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best in classical ballet.
Safe dance training has been a passion of Marie’s as an educator for over 4 decades. It is sometimes difficult for students to feel what muscles initiate the correct alignment in ballet their training. However, as the fit ball is continually mobile under the student’s’ body it gives the students a proprioception for their posture and weight placement whilst feeling each correct muscle groups. Each exercise has been developed with care and guidance. The programs have received positive feedback from teachers’ and students worldwide. The inspiring music for the original programs has also been composed by Grant Kennedy to also stimulate the learning process.
All of the exercises on the DVD’s are clearly explained and demonstrated with a transparent specific purpose. The programs produce impressive results as reported in the testimonials from around the world in core stability and muscle memory.
